Hello! I'm Sejal
I am a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. My professional commitment lies in bridging clinical practice and research to enhance mental health access for underserved communities. I founded the organization MissionMind&Soul, where I provide supervised crisis support to adolescents, young adults, and senior citizens. This clinical exposure demonstrates how early life experiences profoundly shape well-being, driving the need for accessible support.

I lead a small research group (the Mission M&M Lab) currently examining the impact of early childhood trauma on emotional regulation, relationships, and resilience. My goal is to use the findings to design and implement evidence-based interventions that are truly culturally relevant and effective in reducing psychological distress, particularly in underserved communities.
